WHO WE ARE
We are a learning organization which always seeks to grow and improve our approaches. We provide innovative approaches to Research, with the aim of providing accuracy, representativeness and learning through the information and data we collect and analyse.
We invest a lot time and effort to develop our capacity, to learn from our projects and to find creative ways to do things better. We are constantly testing our Monitoring & Evaluation methodology, research and capacity building techniques in the field to constantly improve them. We achieve this through integrating innovative ICT, participatory and data analysis methods that are best fit for projects.
We hold very high ethical standards of our field teams, who are expected to display an irreproachable attitude, being respectful at all times of the local culture and traditions, protecting the confidentiality of informants and conducting their job with honesty and integrity.
In our work, we rely on the acceptance and trust of the community, and we are deliberate to train ourselves to ensure that trust is not jeopardized and act quickly and decisively should a staff member not uphold our standards. We Considr learning to be vitally important – monitoring and evaluation processes must help us improve and adaptively manage our work.
